Many thanks to all who brought food and helped out at the Celebration of Life service on Friday! Everyone there felt very blessed!
We're having a "Concert of Prayer" this Sunday, October 16th, at 6:00 pm. Join us as we pray together for our church and community following worship led by the youth team!
Our second annual Family Fall Fest is coming up on October 31st! We're planning another fun-filled day for families to enjoy, and we're looking for donations in order to help make it all happen! Candy, prizes, or monetary donations would all be greatly appreciated! For more information, talk to Pastor Mitchell! 403-331-8684
We're in need of vendors for our Christmas Craft Fair on November 25th-26th in order to make it happen! If you are a crafter, baker, or artist, have a direct sales business, or know someone who might be interested, we invite you to be a part of this event! It's $50 for a table. Please talk to Pastor Mitchell if you want to participate!
Men of War is starting on Monday (Oct. 17th) at 7:00 pm! Check out our website for details about all of our Connect Groups that are happening!
Encouraging Thoughts:
Jesus has given us the gift of unconditional love that we could never deserve! No matter what we do or where we go, He is right there helping us, loving us, and encouraging us. If we want the world to see Jesus in us, this is how we must treat people too. If we are judgemental or bitter towards anyone because of their beliefs, lifestyle, or choices, or if we treat anyone as less than us, we are standing in the way for them to experience this love! Our role as representations of Christ should not be taken lightly. We have the amazing privilege of being like Jesus to those He loves: to everyone!
