ENCOURAGING THOUGHTS
This is not our home.
Sometimes the most encouraging thing we can be reminded of is that one day we will be with God, with nothing separating us from His perfect love. All of the struggles we face every day will be gone in His presence as He wipes away the pain of our broken state for the rest of eternity.
When we remember this truth, our current trials become far less overwhelming. When we realize that our time here is so fleeting, we are able to pour out our lives to the one who is coming back to make all things right.

"And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.'" Revelations 21:4 NKJV
ANNOUNCEMENTS
- You have a couple days left to register for "A Better Us - A Couples' Night Out" which is happening this Thursday, February 9th at 6:30pm! Don't forget to save $8 by using the code "SAVE8" when buying tickets! For more information or get your tickets, click on this link.
- We're having a Family Fun Night on February 19th! At 4:00 pm we will be watching Veggie Tales for families with younger children, at 5:30 pm there will be pizza and snacks, and then at 6:00 pm we will be watching Facing the Giants! Bring your family, and feel free to come for one or both movies!
- If you are involved in any way with helping out in Sunday School or Engage Youth, we ask that you please attend one of our "Plan to Protect" courses happening on February 24th & 25th. Friday from 7-8:30pm will be a refresher for those who have already taken the course, and Saturday from 10am-2pm is for those who have never taken it!
- Women's Connect on Thursday evenings is canceled until further notice!
- We are greived to hear that recently a 38-week-old baby was aborted in Canada. A petition against late term abortion has been started and we encourage you to sign it by clicking on this link. You can also watch this video for more information and to find out more ways that you can take action!
