Announcements:

This month is "Pastor Appreciation Month!" We are so very thankful for the care and dedication of our pastors here at One Life Church. They are an incredible blessing to us all! Make sure to express your gratitude to Pastors Wayne & Rose, and Mitchell & Trina, and pray for them when they come to mind. It means a lot to them!

Our second annual Family Fall Fest is swiftly coming up! On October 31st, come enjoy a fun day with your family filled with games, prizes, crafts, a photo booth, and much more! Our theme this year is Noah's Ark, so come dressed up as your favorite animal! In addition, we're still accepting donations for this event! Candy, prizes, or monetary donations would all be greatly appreciated! For more information, talk to Pastor Mitchell! 403-331-8684

November 6th will be another baptism service! If you would like to get baptized on that day, talk to Pastor Wayne.

Be sure to invite your friends to our first-ever Christmas Craft Sale happening right here at One Life Church on November 25th & 26th! We have a great variety of vendors coming, and we're beyond excited to welcome our community into our church in this unique way! Tables are still available if you or someone you know wants to participate as a vendor! Talk to Pastor Mitchell for more information.

Check out our website for details about all of our Connect Groups that are happening!

Encouraging Thoughts:

When we give our lives to Jesus, we become vessels for Him to dwell in. The more that we surrender to Him, the more He is able to shine His love through us! However, this doesn't mean that we have to get rid of our unique personalities and gifts. Instead, God has created us in His image, each one of us representing a part of who He is, and when we truly desire in our hearts to bring His glory to the earth instead of our own, He takes the unique things that He has put inside us and uses them to draw others to Himself! Isn't that exciting?
We may not know how to best use our gifts, but if we take the opportunities- even seemingly insignificant ones- that God brings our way, we can trust that He will work through us to be glorified!

"In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.
Matthew 5:16 ESV
