Hello OLC Family! Welcome to our weekly email update!
As always, if you missed our message from last week, you can head over to our website or YouTube page to watch it, or you can listen to it through many of the podcast services available. Our Sunday Livestream is also available through YouTube.
Announcements:
-This Sunday we'll be honoring our grads! If you or your child is graduating from high school or any post-secondary course or institution, and you haven't talked to us about being involved yet, please email Lainey at laineyd@onelifechurch.ca before Thursday!
-June 12th is also our Pot Bless! Bring food to share this Sunday, and join us for a great time of fellowship after the service!
-The Lethbridge Pregnancy Care Centre's annual "Baby Bottle Campaign" is coming to a close.
If you have taken a bottle, please bring it back to the Church by June 19th! Thank you so much to everyone who has participated! If you're interested, you can still give to the Pregnancy Centre on their website HERE.
-Engage Youth will be ending its weekly meetings for the summer with an exciting event on Sunday, June 26th! Details to come!
-Many of our Connect Groups are winding down for the summer. Talk to your group leaders to keep up to date on what's happening!
Encouraging Thoughts:
When we have a need, God wants us to tell Him about it! Once we talk to our Father, we have a choice. We can either continue in the worry or discouragement that we are living in, or we can surrender our burden to Him and accept His peace in our hearts and minds.
The truth is that this peace, one that overrides everything else we may feel, is always available to us! All we need to do is ask and receive it. His grace towards us will never run out.
