Encouraging Thoughts:
In every moment we have a choice. We can choose to see everything that isn't perfect in our lives, or we can choose to see the beauty. If we're looking for something to feel bad about, we'll always find it. However, we know from the Bible that it is possible in every situation to live in gratitude! This is the power of the Holy Spirit within us. We are the children of a God who heals and renews- who will replace all of our suffering and struggles with His perfect love in the end- and it gives us a hope that sets us apart from the world.
We have been given the supernatural ability to live in peace, no matter what.
The battle to choose thankfulness is one worth waging!
It is our pathway to joy and freedom.

"Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice! Let your gentle spirit be made known to all people. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which passes all comprehension, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:4-7
